Il Comune di Ponzano Veneto, con delibera di Giunta n. 117 del 28 giugno 2017 ha aderito al Comitato Nazionale Italiano Fair Play (CNIFP) ed istituito la delega assessorile al fair play, associata alla delega allo sport, per la cura e lo sviluppo dei comportamenti etici, sia nello sport che nella società, e al fine di predisporre programmi volti a sensibilizzare l’opinione pubblica nella promozione dei valori del fair play, elementi essenziali e propedeutici a stili di vita eticamente elevati.

Attraverso l'accordo di collaborazione siglato il 7 marzo 2013 tra ANCI-Associazione Nazionale Comuni Italiani e il CNIFP-Comitato Nazionale Italiano Fair Play, Associazione Benemerita del CONI, tutti i Comuni Italiani hanno la possibilità di avviare iniziative e organizzare eventi  volti a promuovere tra i cittadini la più ampia informazione in materia di Fair Play.

L’obiettivo è di diffondere la conoscenza dei concetti e dei valori di una corretta informazione sul rispetto delle regole nello sport e nella società civile, con riflessi sulla qualità della vita e della tutela dell’ambiente fino al Fair Play finanziario.

Cos'è il Fair Play 
"Fair Play" è un’espressione che significa "gioco leale". Non si tratta di una regola scritta, bensì di un comportamento eticamente corretto da adottare nella pratica delle diverse discipline sportive. Fair play significa rispettare le regole e l'avversario, accettare e riconoscere i propri limiti, sapere che i risultati sportivi ottenuti sono correlati all'impegno profuso....clicca QUI per leggere l'intero articolo...

INIZIATIVE 2018 

INAUGURAZIONE DI DUE ANGOLI DEDICATI AL FAIR PLAY

Il 24 novembre 2018, il Comune di Ponzano Veneto ha inaugurato due nuovi Angoli del Fair Play, presso il Giardino Longhin e il Parco Urbano: due pannelli per divulgare dieci impegni concreti che ognuno dovrebbe assumere per essere un “bravo cittadino”, al di là del ruolo che riveste nella società civile.

Questo il decalogo esposto negli Angoli del Fair Play di Ponzano Veneto:

QUALUNQUE SIA IL MIO RUOLO NELLA SOCIETÀ, MI IMPEGNO A:

- Fare di ogni rapporto con gli altri un momento privilegiato della mia vita.
- Rispettare tutti, anche se hanno idee diverse dalle mie.
- Rispettare le regole perché servono per garantire la convivenza nella società.
- Essere sempre coerente con me stesso.
- Evitare la cattiveria e le aggressioni a parole, a gesti o nei miei scritti.
- Essere leale e corretto con tutti perché il vero successo non si ottiene mai con l'inganno.
- Accettare le decisione di chi giudica sapendo che, come me, anche gli altri possono sbagliare.
- Aiutare chi è in difficoltà perché essere altruisti è una qualità dei forti.
- Dare sempre il buon esempio e non invidiare chi è più bravo di me perché anch'io ho delle qualità che posso far emergere se mi impegno.
- Non farmi abbattere dalle sconfitte, ma imparare a rialzarmi sempre per ripartire con entusiasmo.

In occasione delle "Giornate dello Sport" previste nelle scuole del territorio dal 15 al 17 febbraio 2018, come da calendario approvato dalla Regione Veneto, l'atleta ponzanese Bernardo Bernardini e la delegata provinciale al Fair Play, dott.ssa Antonella Stelitano, si sono incontrati con gli alunni di alcune scuole.
