Da qualche anno questo gruppo di lavoro si sta interrogando sul come attuare una programmazione educativo-didattica che, dopo un’attenta osservazione dei bambini, possa ottimizzare le proposte educative offrendo la più ricca disponibilità alla scoperta, alla libera scelta, alla ricerca, alla promozione di un’educazione rivolta a tutte le potenzialità e risorse delle bambine e dei bambini, incentivando la creatività in una posizione di continua riflessione.

Una programmazione dunque in equilibrio tra il confine da dare nel rispetto delle regole ed il confine da togliere per ampliare l’orizzonte percettivo. Un equilibrio da tenere anche nell’offrire ai piccoli strumenti per conoscere ciò che è differente da loro e nell’accogliere il nuovo valorizzando contemporaneamente l’identità, l’autostima e l’autonomia del singolo.

Nel cercare un punto di partenza abbiamo trovato questa storia inedita. E’ risultata perfetta per essere la base sulla quale costruire attività che potevano comprendere le differenze tra cibi, vestiti, parole ma anche occhi, capelli e colori. Coincideva perfettamente con la scelta del tema, per l'anno scolastico 2011/2012, della “Multiculturalità” come filo conduttore comune delle tre sezioni del nido.

La fiaba ci ha dato la possibilità di costruire un percorso di conoscenza di acqua, vento, sabbia, sole, muri e anche di limiti immaginari o reali superabili con gioia ed amicizia.
Tutti i 60 bambini del nido hanno lavorato a questo stesso progetto attuato, a seconda dell’età, con differenti modalità.
Si è cercato di potenziare le proposte educative di libertà dell’intuire e del fare per togliere il limite che involontariamente si crea dando risposte certe.
Il pensiero creativo è il fine ultimo che dobbiamo permettere all’adulto di domani.

CON GLI OCCHI E CON LE MANI

Ad ottobre 2012 i gruppi di lavoro delle scuole dell’infanzia paritarie del territorio di Ponzano Veneto e dell’asilo nido comunale si sono confrontati su un possibile progetto zero-sei anni. È immediatamente nata un’ottima collaborazione che nella settimana dal 16 al 21 aprile 2013 ha permesso l’allestimento della mostra-esposizione dei lavori che le bambine ed i bambini di queste scuole hanno fatto nella prima parte dell’anno scolastico.

L’esperienza più intensa è stata quella delle uscite didattiche: i bambini protagonisti, uscendo nelle giornate di calendario condiviso e prestabilito, hanno avuto la possibilità di ritrovarsi nelle foto e nelle cose fatte.

Riguardando la documentazione allestita si è data la possibilità al bambino di riconoscersi e di divenire ancora più consapevole di quello che ha fatto, di quello che ha conosciuto e di come l’ha compreso. I bambini sono stati estremamente felici di identificarsi nelle immagini e nei lavori esposti.

Nel fine settimana del 20 e 21 aprile 2013, durante l’apertura della mostra alla cittadinanza, era facile sorprendere i bambini che accompagnavano le mamme ed i papà a far vedere le loro foto o i propri lavori appesi ai pannelli o appoggiati sui tavoli.

RICETTARIO DELL'ASILO NIDO COMUNALE 2011/2012
Questo lavoro nasce da un’invitante proposta fatta dai rappresentanti dei genitori dell'asilo nido comunale. Il loro interesse partiva dall’ottimo appetito dimostrato dai loro bambini al nido paragonato a quello incostante di casa. Una delle risposte era certamente da ricercare nella condivisione del pranzo con gli amici dell'asilo nido comunale, un forte momento di convivialità che certamente aggancia il piacere del cibo e dello stare a tavola. Ma forse la cuoca del nido aveva qualche segreto per avere un menù così magico? Da qui l’idea di far entrare i genitori nella cucina dell'asilo nido comunale e condividere le ricette con la nostra cuoca Carmen.

Per le famiglie sono state dunque organizzate cinque serate di incontro:
“I Cereali” 28 febbraio 2012, dalle 18.00 alle 20.30
“I Legumi” 13 marzo 2012, dalle 18.00 alle 20.30
“Il Pesce” 27 marzo 2012, dalle 18.00 alle 20.30
“Le Verdure” 12 aprile 2012, dalle 18.00 alle 20.30
“Condivisione e confronto” 17 aprile 2012, dalle 20.30 alle 23.00

Ad ogni incontro sono state proposte ricette che rispettano in pieno le esigenze di essere appetitose, semplici, veloci, salutari e gustose. Troppe cose? Dalla documentazione degli incontri sembra proprio che gli obiettivi siano stati raggiunti e riguardando le foto si capisce che regnava anche l’allegria. Anche i bambini, durante le attività didattiche del mattino, hanno partecipato attivamente con miscele, impasti ed assaggi. La programmazione educativa partiva dunque dai laboratori dove i bimbi hanno preparato pizzette e dolcetti e si allargava fino alle uscite didattiche al mercato dove i piccoli hanno comperato le pietanze che i loro genitori hanno alla sera cucinato. Fondamentale è stata la supervisione della dottoressa Marina Mariot che da anni segue questa struttura come pediatra di comunità e che ci ha dato la possibilità di condividere molte nozioni, dalle proprietà nutrizionali di ogni alimento per una sana e corretta alimentazione, fino alla quantità delle porzioni ed alla qualità dei prodotti di origine. Le mamme ed i papà sono stati non solo protagonisti nella preparazione dei piatti ma anche interpreti della documentazione scritta e fotografica in un lavoro in rete propositivo ed affiatato. Non ultimo l’obiettivo del motto “condividiamo saperi e sapori” che è stato pienamente realizzato con grande soddisfazione di tutto il gruppo di lavoro.
