Il bando è finalizzato a migliorare la qualità dell'abitare e di conseguenza i costi per l'energia termica e/o elettrica attraverso la realizzazione di interventi sull'involucro edilizio e sugli impianti tecnologici di abitazioni private, per determinate categorie d'utenza, e per edifici pubblici destinati ad usi sociali, così come specificato di seguito. Non sono ammessi a contributo interventi su immobili di nuova costruzione o su ampliamenti e sono esclusi gli interventi che riguardano edifici demoliti e ricostruiti. L'assegnazione dei contributi è a fondo perduto in conto capitale.

ROTTAMAZIONE DI VEICOLI COMMERCIALI INQUINANTI E ACQUISTO DI MEZZI A BASSO IMPATTO AMBIENTALE

La Giunta regionale, in linea con le esigenze di contenimento degli inquinanti, tra i quali il materiale particolato, ed in coerenza con gli impegni assunti con la sottoscrizione il 9 Giugno 2017 del “Nuovo Accordo di programma per l’adozione coordinata e congiunta di misure di risanamento per il miglioramento della qualità dell’aria nel Bacino Padano”, con deliberazione n. 1419 del 2 ottobre 2018 pubblicata sul BURV n. 102 del 12/10/2018 ha approvato un bando rivolto alle micro, piccole e medie imprese che intendano acquistare nuovi veicoli commerciali N1 e N2 con la contestuale rottamazione di mezzi della medesima categoria ad alimentazione diesel di classe emissiva inferiore o uguale ad Euro 3.

L’agevolazione consiste nella concessione di un contributo proporzionale alla massa del veicolo fino a 10.000 euro per l’acquisto di un nuovo veicolo elettrico, ad 8.000 euro per ibrido, a 7.000 per un veicolo a GPL.

Il bando si articola in due fasi: la prima, con scadenza dei termini il 12 novembre 2018 che verrà finanziata con le risorse residue del 2018, la seconda che si concluderà il 28 febbraio 2019 e si avvarrà delle risorse 2019.

In linea con il perseguimento degli obbiettivi fissati dal PAES, si comunica che in data 15/06/2018 la Regione Veneto ha pubblicato il bando per la concessione di contributi finalizzati alla rottamazione di apparecchi per il riscaldamento domestico di potenza inferiore o uguale a 35 kW, alimentati a biomassa, tecnologicamente non in linea con gli standard europei, da sostituire con impianti a basse emissioni in atmosfera e ad alta efficienza energetica consultabile al seguente link:

Ulteriori azioni volte alla concessione di contributi per la rottamazione di veicoli inquinanti e sostituzione con veicoli a basso impatto ambientale di nuova immatricolazione in conformità agli impegni assunti con il "Nuovo Accordo di Programma per l'adozione coordinata e congiunta di misure per il miglioramento della qualità dell'aria nel bacino padano" approvato con DGR n. 836/2017.
