LA STORIA
La struttura dell’asilo nido comunale di Ponzano Veneto, situata in via Paolina Rubbi a Paderno, è stata pensata e costruita tra il 1978 e i primi anni ’80. Nel 1984 è iniziato il primo anno scolastico con un gruppo di bambini, contemporaneamente, un’ala dell’edificio veniva concessa al Distretto Sanitario Locale. La struttura è molto ampia e luminosa, distribuita in un unico piano terra con facile accesso.

E’ lontana da fonti che possono arrecare disagio, distante da strade trafficate ed ugualmente vicina al centro del Comune. La locazione risulta ottima per le uscite didattiche: la biblioteca, il mercato cittadino, la posta, la farmacia, il centro anziani, i parchi comunali… non distano più di 400 metri e i percorsi pedonali sono messi in totale sicurezza. |

Il giardino del nido è molto ampio e ben attrezzato, può essere piacevolmente utilizzato in tutte le stagioni perché offre ampie zone soleggiate d’inverno e gli alti alberi di pino o di acero permettono fresche zone d’ombra in estate. Negli anni la struttura è stata più volte ristrutturata con la costruzione di nuovi angoli laboratorio ed atelier e due nuovi magazzini adiacenti. Si sono conseguite le certificazioni richieste dagli organi competenti installando nuovi serramenti e porte antipanico in tutte le stanze. La cucina è soggetta ad H.A.C.C.P. (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point), con un biologo-nutrizionista che supervisiona tutti i protocolli utilizzati. La spesa è consegnata giornalmente e la merce che arriva passa direttamente, dal camion frigo alla dispensa, attraverso la porta di comunicazione parcheggio-magazzino. La lavanderia vanta un’organizzazione interna come la cucina. In questa struttura le cose utilizzate durante i cambi dei bambini vengono usate una volta sola e non sono cose usa e getta di carta ma asciugamani e manopole in spugna, questo materiale può essere comunque utilizzato una sola volta perché il personale ausiliario adopera lavatrice ed essiccatoio industriale per mantenere sempre disponibile il materiale richiesto. |

Il nido ospita fino a 60 bambini con 16 persone che lavorano con loro. Ogni settimana è presente la Pediatra di Comunità, è a disposizione del personale del nido e delle famiglie utenti anche se non supplisce il medico di base dei bambini. Risulta importante la collaborazione tra il personale del nido e l’ULSS di appartenenza attraverso scambi professionali che vanno dalla logopedista alla psicomotricista, dall’organizzazione di incontri di formazione con i genitori a pubblicazioni di ricettari o buone pratiche di lavoro con i bambini di fascia di età del nido. Le sezioni principali sono tre: sezione piccoli dai 3 ai 12 mesi, sezione medi dai 13 ai 24 mesi e sezione grandi dai 25 ai 36 mesi. Ogni sezione è autonoma e al suo interno può utilizzare: sala giochi, bagno, sala da pranzo ed almeno una camera. La struttura è aperta 11 mesi all’anno, dal lunedì al venerdì, dalle 7:30 alle 18:30. |

L’Ente Gestore garantisce il buon funzionamento tramite un Regolamento, la Carta dei Servizi e la Carta d’Identità del servizio asilo nido. Il gruppo di lavoro del nido è garante del Progetto Psicopedagogico, del Progetto Educativo che declina, dopo un’attenta osservazione dei bambini di uno specifico gruppo, nelle Programmazioni Didattiche di sezione. Ogni anno viene programmato e preparato il piano di lavoro con gli incontri del collettivo del personale e gli incontri educativo-didattici con la disponibilità in ogni momento, previo accordo col personale, di incontri individuali. Il personale è sempre a disposizione per informazioni generali, per chiarimenti e per accogliere chi vuole a visitare la struttura. Il gruppo di lavoro del nido punta molto sulle collaborazioni in rete con i genitori utenti e le Associazioni del territorio. |
Molti sono stati i progetti portati a termine con le Associazioni Spazio Musica, Il chicco di Grano e il Ponzano.info.
Si continuano a sperimentare progetti di letture animate in collaborazione con la biblioteca, nell'ambito dei progetti Nati per Leggere, Nati per la Musica, move.it anche attraverso laboratori specifici, letture animate e uscite didattiche.

Il gruppo di lavoro del nido accoglie studenti stagisti e tirocinanti, è luogo di supervisione di Università. Lavora in costante continuità con le Scuole dell’infanzia del territorio e sono garantiti passaggi di consegna per tutti i nostri bambini che ci salutano per andare alla Scuole dell’Infanzia.
La struttura riceve il Premio Regionale “Servizio di qualità per la Famiglia” a partire dal 2008, ed ha ottenuto l’Accreditamento Regionale il 15 luglio 2009 con il 100% del punteggio su “Valutazione della gestione, funzionamento ed organizzazione educativo didattica”.
L’Accreditamento è stato rinnovato, sempre col massimo del punteggio, il 14 luglio 2021.
A partire dall'anno scolastico 2021/2022 il servizio Asilo Nido Comunale è dato in concessione alla Cooperativa GD Educa di Oderzo.
